What we look for
Character first, badges second.
Qualifications help, but how you treat a young player on their hardest day matters more.
- You are warm with kids and their families, and patient on the tough days.
- You know the game and can explain it simply to a nine year old.
- You turn up early, set up properly and leave the space better than you found it.
- You hold, or are willing to obtain, a Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and first aid.
- You are keen to learn, take feedback well and want to be a better coach in twelve months.
