Gold Coast school holiday programs

One holiday camp hub for soccer, football and futsal

Whether you search for a Gold Coast soccer holiday camp, football clinic, summer camp or school holiday program, the important question is the same: what will your child actually experience?

More than holiday childcare

FC Gold Coast™ camps are structured football-development days. Players work with the ball, learn an age-appropriate theme, solve problems in small-sided games and finish with positive competition. The day still feels like a holiday: children meet new teammates, take proper breaks and are encouraged to enjoy trying difficult things.

Parents receive the practical information they need before arrival, including the venue (Greenheart Robina Parklands, Stadium Drive, Robina), equipment list, sign-in instructions and any weather communication. Players of all levels are welcome, including beginners attending their first soccer clinic and experienced club players wanting purposeful work during the break.

Seasonal camps without thin seasonal pages

This page is the official home of FC Gold Coast™ holiday programs throughout the year. Current September, Christmas and New Year camps appear below. Future autumn, winter and summer soccer or football camps will be added here only when dates and delivery details are confirmed.

Keeping every confirmed camp in one place makes it easier for families to compare dates, choose football or futsal and understand the complete investment. If the school-holiday period you need is not listed yet, register for updates rather than relying on an old event page.

A day at camp

What a camp day feels like

Every camp day follows the same familiar rhythm, so children know what is coming and parents know what the day looks like.

Young players sitting in the shade with water bottles, laughing during a camp break
  1. 01

    Welcome and check-in

Players are signed in, meet their coach and their group, and get a ball at their feet straight away. New faces are introduced, not left standing on the side.

  2. 02

    Skill activities

Age-appropriate technical blocks: ball mastery, first touch, dribbling, passing and finishing. Coaches teach, demonstrate and encourage, rather than shout.

  3. 03

    Small-sided games and challenges

High-touch small-sided games and skills challenges where every child plays. Mistakes are part of it, and trying something difficult is the point.

  4. 04

    Breaks, shade and water

Rest and drink breaks are built into the day. Queensland heat is planned for, and children are encouraged to sit down, cool off and refuel.

  5. 05

    Positive wrap-up and pick-up

The day closes with a group wrap-up and a word about what improved, then children are signed out to a parent or approved adult at 2:00pm.

The running order can shift with weather, group sizes and venue conditions. Anything that changes for your child's camp is confirmed with you before the first morning.

Age groups

Built for children at different stages

Every FC Gold Coast™ camp is open to players from U6 to U14, whether they are brand new to football or already playing club. Players never train as one big group. They are placed into age-appropriate groups so each session is pitched at the right level.

U6 – U8

Fundamental movement, ball familiarity and lots of small games in a fun, encouraging environment.

U9 – U11

Ball mastery, 1v1s, passing combinations and small-sided games with age-appropriate competition.

U12 – U14

Sharper technical detail, game understanding and tournament-style play at a higher tempo.

New to football or futsal?

Perfect. Coaches start with the basics, keep groups small and make sure new players get the ball, get a teammate and get a good first day. Nobody is judged, ranked or left on the side.

Already playing club football?

Camps give experienced players three days of extra touches, faster decisions and competitive small-sided games during the holidays, without the pressure of a results week.

These age bands apply to all camps. Groups are approximate and may be adjusted based on registrations, experience and player development needs.

Parent peace of mind

Here is how camp days are run, and what you will be told before your child's first morning. Each point below is backed by a policy we publish, not a promise we invented for a web page.

Supervision

Camps run at supervised venues with clear arrival and pick-up expectations, as set out in our published Child Safeguarding Policy.

Child Safeguarding Policy

Child-safe expectations

Coaches, players and spectators work to a published code of conduct. Bullying, humiliation and intimidation are not accepted from anyone, including adults.

Code of Conduct

Sign in and sign out

Children are signed in on arrival and signed out at the end of the day. The pick-up point and anyone else authorised to collect your child are confirmed with you before camp.

Hydration and rest

Regular drink and rest breaks are part of the plan. Please send a labelled drink bottle, a hat and sunscreen, and food for the day.

Emergency contacts and medical information

Every player needs a current emergency contact, plus any medical, allergy or support information, before the first day. Our medical and emergency policy explains what we ask for and what our staff can do.

Medical, Emergency & Participation

Weather communication

Camp activity may be adjusted, moved or cancelled where heat, storms or venue conditions make play unsafe. You will hear from us as soon as a decision is made.

Cancellations & Refunds

Coaches working with children must satisfy applicable Blue Card or Working With Children requirements before undertaking relevant coaching duties. If anything ever concerns you, contact safeguarding@fcgoldcoast.com. If a child is in immediate danger, call 000.

Young FC Gold Coast™ teammates encouraging each other at the end of a camp day

Bring a teammate

Football is better with a mate

Players can enjoy training even more when a friend is beside them. Invite a teammate, we will help find the right session, and if they join, both families get a $20 credit.

Bring a teammate

Invite a friend from school or your club and tell us you would like to train together.

We find the right session

We match the player to an appropriate football or futsal environment based on age, experience and current availability.
