Product-specific terms come first
Each program, camp, membership or session type has its own cancellation terms. Those terms are displayed before purchase, are part of your booking, and apply alongside this policy.
If FC Gold Coast cancels
If we cancel a session or program and cannot provide a reasonable reschedule, make-up session or equivalent service, we will offer you an appropriate credit or refund.
Weather, unsafe conditions and venue closures
- Sessions may be cancelled, shortened, moved or modified where weather, heat, lightning, field or court conditions, or venue closures make participation unsafe.
- Safety decisions are made by FC Gold Coast staff or the venue operator and are final.
- We notify families as early as practical through the FC Hub, email or SMS.
- Where a session is cancelled by us, we will offer a reschedule, make-up opportunity, credit or refund as appropriate.
Parent cancellations, missed sessions and make-ups
Cancellations by families, missed sessions, late arrivals and no-shows are handled according to the booking terms disclosed at purchase for that product. Make-up sessions, where offered, are subject to availability and the same disclosed terms.
Illness, injury and exceptional circumstances
We consider requests relating to illness, injury, family emergencies and other exceptional circumstances reasonably and case by case. We may ask for supporting information, such as a medical certificate, before agreeing a credit or refund.
Membership cancellation
Cancelling a recurring membership stops future renewals in line with the notice period and effective date disclosed at sign-up and shown in your account. Cancelling does not automatically reverse charges for services already delivered.
How refunds are paid
Where a refund is agreed, we return it to the original payment method where practical. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including rights to a remedy where a service is not delivered with due care and skill or does not match what was described.
How to make a request
Email info@fcgoldcoast.com with the player's name, the program, the dates affected and what you are asking for. We will acknowledge your request and let you know the outcome.
