Policy

Media, Photography and Video Consent Policy

We never assume consent for images or video of your child. You choose each category separately, and you can change your mind at any time.

How we protect children in published material

  • We do not publish a child's surname alongside location or schedule details.
  • We do not publish contact details, school names or home suburbs with identifying images.
  • We do not publish junior player ratings, rankings or comparative assessments.
  • We avoid images that could embarrass a child or that are taken in change areas.

Personal devices and other families

Staff use FC Gold Coast processes for capturing images, not personal accounts. Parents taking photos at sessions should photograph their own child and must not publish images of other children without their guardian's consent.

Requests and contact

Update your consents in the FC Hub, or email info@fcgoldcoast.com. For a request involving a child's safety, email safeguarding@fcgoldcoast.com.
