Essential consents (required to enrol)
- Account and enrolment: you confirm you are the parent or guardian with authority to enrol the child and manage their account.
- Emergency contact: you provide a contactable person who can be reached during sessions.
- Medical and support information: you disclose relevant medical, allergy, injury or support information and keep it current.
- Participation acknowledgement: you understand that football and futsal involve physical activity and inherent risk, and that reasonable emergency action may be taken if you cannot be reached.
- Essential communications: you agree to receive service messages about sessions, schedule changes, safety and your account.
- Policy acknowledgement: you acknowledge the Privacy Policy, Website and Service Terms, Child Safeguarding Policy and Code of Conduct.
Optional consents (never required)
- Marketing communications: news, offers and program launches. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Internal player development video.
- Private FC Hub sharing of images or clips with your own family.
- Team or group communications imagery.
- Public website imagery.
- Social media imagery.
- Promotional and marketing material imagery.
Declining any optional consent has no effect on your child's participation, groupings, coaching attention or opportunities.
How consents are recorded
Consents are recorded against your family account with the version of the policy and the date and time you gave them. When a policy changes materially, we ask you to review and confirm again.
Changing your consents
Update optional consents at any time in the FC Hub, or email info@fcgoldcoast.com. Changes apply from the time we receive them.
