Using the website
You may use this website for lawful purposes related to our programs. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, access other families' information, or use automated tools to scrape content.
Accurate information
You agree to give accurate information and to keep it up to date, particularly emergency contacts and any medical, allergy or support information relevant to your child's safety.
Eligibility and age grouping
Programs are offered for stated age ranges. We place players into age-appropriate groups and may adjust groups based on registrations, experience and development needs so that sessions remain safe and suitable.
Bookings and enrolment
A booking is confirmed when we accept it and, where a fee applies, when payment or a valid payment authorisation is received. Product-specific terms shown at the time of purchase form part of your booking.
Fees, memberships and recurring billing
- Applicable fees, inclusions and billing frequency are displayed before you purchase.
- Where recurring memberships are offered, the plan, price, renewal cycle and cancellation timing are shown at checkout and in your account.
- Recurring memberships renew automatically until cancelled, and you authorise those charges at checkout.
- When Stripe billing is enabled, payments and receipts are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
- Cancellation takes effect at the point disclosed at purchase and shown in your account.
Behaviour expectations
Players, parents, guardians and spectators are expected to follow our Code of Conduct. We may restrict or end participation where behaviour affects the safety or wellbeing of others, applying proportionate consequences and a fair process.
Health, injury and participation risk
Football and futsal involve physical activity and carry inherent risks, including the risk of injury. You should ensure your child is medically fit to participate and disclose anything relevant to their safety. Our Medical, Emergency and Participation Policy applies.
Emergency response
If a child is injured or unwell and a guardian cannot be reached, staff may take reasonable action to obtain first aid or emergency medical assistance. Staff do not diagnose or treat medical conditions beyond reasonable first aid.
No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee selection into any team or program, a particular level of improvement, scholarships, trials, representative honours or a professional pathway.
Intellectual property
The FC Gold Coast name, crest, website content, session material and imagery belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
Website availability
We aim to keep the website and FC Hub available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
Liability and your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability can lawfully be limited, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of resupply.
Changes to programs and schedules
Sessions, venues, timings and coaching allocations may change. We notify families of changes as early as we reasonably can. Where we cancel and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, our Cancellation, Refund, Credit and Wet-Weather Policy applies.
Governing law
Our programs currently operate from Queensland, and the laws of Queensland apply to these terms. Where activities are delivered in another Australian state, the laws of that state may also apply to those activities.
