What is shown before you buy
- The plan name and what is included.
- The price and billing frequency.
- Any minimum commitment, trial or introductory period, where one applies.
- When the plan renews and when a cancellation takes effect.
We do not apply a minimum term or notice period unless it is displayed to you before purchase.
Families with multiple players
One family account can hold subscriptions for several players. Each player's plan is shown separately so you can see exactly what is being charged. Sibling or family discounts apply only where they are displayed at purchase.
Failed payments
- If a payment fails we notify you and retry according to our payment provider's schedule.
- You will be given a reasonable opportunity to update your payment method before access is affected.
- We tell you before suspending a membership for non-payment.
Pausing and cancelling
Where pausing is offered, the terms are shown in your account. Cancelling stops future renewals from the effective date disclosed at sign-up. Access to membership benefits ends at the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise.
Price changes
If we change the price of a membership, we notify affected families before the next affected renewal so you can decide whether to continue.
Invoices and receipts
Once Stripe billing is live, invoices and receipts are available in your account and by email.
Card security
FC Gold Coast does not store card numbers. Card details are captured and stored by our payment provider under their security standards. We keep only payment metadata such as plan, amount, status and date.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our Cancellation, Refund, Credit and Wet-Weather Policy also applies.
